Outreach Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking an outreach program with WildWood Western New York! Please read our cancellation policies below and sign the acknowledgement form at the bottom of the page. If you do not complete the form, we cannot move forward with your booking.
Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours in advance of your program’s scheduled start time to be eligible for a full refund – cancellations received after the 48 hour mark may be subject to a cancellation fee. All cancellations must be sent via email to Syd Mecca (syd@wildwoodwny.org). We will do our best to reschedule your program when possible.
If your program is cancelled by WildWood Western New York, you will receive a full refund.
We understand that winter weather can force unexpected schedule changes outside of anyone’s control, so if your program must be cancelled due to school / organization closure (ex: snow day) or due to travel bans, we will do our best to reschedule your program. If that is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
If you booked a program with a separate materials charge (this would be discussed during booking and listed on your invoice) the materials charge is non-refundable. This is because the materials are supplies specifically purchased and prepared for your program and are typically non-returnable or refundable on our part.
